Blood pressure not in control 180 on digital meter Also having frozen shoulder which lead to lack of sleep

Sometimes I feel a little sharp chest pain in right side sometimes in left chest but today I feel throat pain too.I am always scared of heart attack...as my father got a cardiac arrest four weeks ago.Last year I did have ecg echo done and the echocardiography and ecg report was normal. My mother 75 years is having centre chest pain since 15 days..she was prescribed last week met xl 12.5 and veloz d one every morning after checking ecg report but there is no difference in the pain.
