How to handle bp which shoots up in between? Sometimes it is as high as 160/100 n sometimes it 120/80... one example- 3 days ago I went to hospital. My bp at immediate arrival was 160/100, I was asked to rest for 20 mints then it was checked n now it was 130/80... The moment they INsert bp cuff my bp shooting up and when the cuff is removed it gets back to normal. Doctors says no need of med but I am worried that these short time spikes may lead to some problem. Not today but afte 5 /6years Plz Suggest me what to do? No kidney or thyroid issues

Hi sir/mam my husband is feeling chest pain in middle (  no pain  in left hand , neck ) and light at left side  ,,he is having slight high cholesterol and loss of Vitamin D using medicine from 6months But the pain is not redused feeling light pain in middle or left side of chest through out the day what to do please suggest us if any tests we have to do to cure ... Is it paining by coolness in climate or it might be another problem please suggest me

Is it Necessary to make the heart beat faster through walking on Tradmill for stress echocardiogram?? The problem is that when the patient is lie down on table for test then already the heart rate is fast- 130/140 due to anxiety n other factors So the doctor said that in this case we cannot make you walk on treadmill n ur stress echo is done.. I enquired again he said it does not matter if the heart beating faster due to stress or exertion... we just need to look at the images I paid 3.5 k for it but in end just have echo report which costs 1.5k.. I have typical chest pain Plz tell me what to do?? In echo report they wrote sinus tachycardia notes during study

I went to a free medical checkup camp where they performed an ECG test on me. The doctor told me that ECG was normal but when I looked at it after coming home I saw that there was a suspicious pattern on one section of the ECG. So I sent the screenshot of the same to the doctor and asked him if it was normal to which he replied that it has happened due to machine movement. Is it possible that such a thing could happen? At the bottom of that section, it is written PAT. Can you confirm from the photograph attached herewith that such a suspicious pattern could have happened due to machine movement?

I bought a new Dr Morepen pulse oximeter and it displayed a message " Suspected occasional short pulse interval while I checked my heart rate and oxygen. Is it something to worry about. I had Covid last year ( mild infection, wasn't even hospitalized) and I had occasional palpitations after that which improved with time. Last year after recovering from Covid infection I got my holter monitor also done on which everything else was normal except Sinus Arrhythmia, doctor advised it is a normal finding. I got my Echo test done in October this year which was normal. I keep on checking my pulse rate and oxygen as I have palpitations sometimes in between after my Covid infection last year. Please advise if I need to get further tests done for this finding of " suspected occasional short pulse interval" on pulse oximeter.

I have blood pressure fluctuating between 130 to 170 now from yesterday it is now between from 140 to 156 . And I want to know my dystolic pressure remains always high above 90 to 110 . I have done ECG yesterday it is normal my TMT is also normal which is done last month . I have history of anxiety , i am also on madication of anxiety . But in anxiety also my bp always remains normal but ,from last 4 -5 days it is high what can be the reason . What will i do . Hello Doctors, My father (age 59) was complaining of occasional  chest pain for some time now, specially while doing some exercises. He went for echo cardiography and ecg and the reports suggests "regional wall motion abnormality with mild left ventricular systolic dysfunction". Could you please advise what does that mean and what should be our next steps for treatment. Please find reports attached. Thanks.
