I need to know her clinical details and complete angiography report to decide further plan. 70 percent is a borderline lesion. To stent it or not depends upon clinical scenario, symptoms and functional assessment of the block with either FFR or myocardial perfusion imaging. Consult with all details

You can undergo stress thallium or FFR test If it is positive than stenting is required otherwise medical management
