Could you share his echo report ? Want to know his functioning of heart and also full details of the medications he is taking. To answer your concern, dizziness could be due to nebivolol. Cpap has some effect on lowering BP as well. This might have added to the effect. In such case, nebivolol dose can be reduced to 1.25. But again, it is better to monitor the blood pressure for longer time with different intervals, preferable at the gap of 4 hours and also would like to reviewing your medication and echo before advising the above.
Next Steps
continue BP monitoring. if dizziness is frequent and is associated with hypotension, needs revision of medication
Health Tips
while standing up from sitting or sleeping position, do it slowly. this will reduce the dizziness.
