I am having mental health disorders  like anxiety depression excessive worriness mainly cardiophobia issues experiencing pulsatile tinittus in right side of my ear this changes with my headpositions is my mental health causing this i am so worried

My father has undergone coronary angioplasty and stenting (1 stent) a week back and is still having right arm pain, intensity of pain remains same till the day and is of radiating type radiating from lower arm to upper arm.

Done E.C.G echo and also T.M.T but chest pain still comes while walking. It comes sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right. Did a blood test too. And all the values are normal. Have no history of anxiety or gastric problems. Pain feels like mildly squeezing. What else test is there to detect any such minor problems. The pain is very painful when it comes suddenly out of nowhere.

I am having excessive worriness about health ways concentrating on health can this lead to pulsatile tinittus rightside is this due to my mental issues or something else

Can I know do we have any treatment for this..how long does it stay for..is it dangerous life threating

Hi sir/madam   Please find the attached file ECG and 2D Echo below. I have chest pain and palpitations (Left had, shoulder pain) since last 3 months.  I have first shown doctor ecg 2d echo tmt Blood reports normal  and suggested to Neurology Department neurology doctor prescribed me (propranolol 20 mg 30 days 1 per day and amitriptyline tab night) And again 10 days back pain and palpitations and shortness of breath.  showed the doctor again i attached the ecg and 2d echo file and there was some difference in the ecg but the doctor said normal (doctor told stop all medicine rosuvastatin propranolol) and 5day take half propranolol and discontinue told doctor. but today i have sudden Palpitation (heart beats increase) checking the oximeter it shows 158, 200 and 148 Please suggest me what can I do.

This is my Ecg report. The conclusion part got me worried. Is it normal or should I have anything to worry about? My age is 21, sugar pressure is normal and I'm not an athlete. Rate : 56 bpm Rythm : sinus Axis : normal P.wave : normal PR. Interval : 0.12 sec QRS configuration : |BR| normal T.wave : normal ST segment : Isoelectric Others : normal Conclusion : bradycardia, left ventricular hypertrophy, please correlate clinically.

Today I felt breathlessness and went to cardiologist. As per his suggestion I had an ECG. After reviewing the ECG, he suggested to go for another ECG after 2-3 days. Is there anything wrong with my ECG. Is the QTc interval is high? I am on antidepressant medications. I read somewhere that antidepressant medications cause long QT Syndrome. Attached my ECG. Please check and let me know if any abnormalities.
