Hi, I have chest pain at top in middle of chest in upper breastbone. It is from almost 2 years now. Sometimes it goes away and come again I consulted with cardiologist and get ECG, ECHO, TMT test done, X- Ray as well. All my reports are negative. Doctor told me it is due to muscle spasm near ribs joint. Don't worry. Still pain occurs. So, i takes pain killer when pain worse. Please advice me, if it is not heart related then to whom I should consult further. Pain annoys me. Is it ok to see orthopedics or some other specialist.

I am 34. I don't drink, smoke and pure vegetarian. I am not diabetic and have normal bp. But my triglycerides varies from 300-600. Rest of the cholesterols are normal. Will I get heart problems?. How long it will take for the plague formation in the arteries from the normal state?

I've been diagnosed with Gastritis and I've been taking Pan D (twice a day) and Sucrafil as medication for the same. It's been a week since I'm on this medication. Ever since this issue, my heart suddenly starts beating fast at random times. I've done ECG and Echocardiogram, everything is normal. I never had this problem before I got gastritis. Could it be because of acidity or the medication I'm on right now? Please advise.

Hello doc, I have done lipid profile. The result as follows: 1. Total cholesterol 221 mg/dl 2. Triglycerides 219 mg/dl 3. HDL cholesterol 34 mg/dl 4. Non - HDL cholesterol 187 mg/dl 5. Ldl cholesterol 143.2 mg/dl 6. Vldl cholesterol 43.8 mg/dl 7. Chol/hdl ratio 6.5 Earlier on April I have done the lipid profile everything is normal except triglycerides 219 mg/dl. I have stress and anxiety. I have no smoking habit. But I take alcohol occasionally. 1. Will these increase my levels??? 2. Is temperory raise in levels are normal ??? 3. Is this levels required any treatment???

I had covid in April 29 and then got -ve in 14 of May. After that my chest started to feel heavy. To rule out Cardiac issues, I did the following tests:- ECG, ECHO, D-Dimer, BNP, TNI, MYO, CK-MB on 20th May. To rule out pulmonary causes, I did the following tests:- Chest X ray and PFT. All tests were normal. But still I feel the need to press my chest frequently and I hear crackling sound sometimes. Even in the morning when I wake up, the upper left back pains which is somewhat muscular. I have no pains in chest but have the frequent need to press it. What to do now? History:- Non alcoholic, Non smoker. Initially post recovery, I had palpitations for which I took Beta blockers for sometime. I had mild deranged ALT and AST also for which I took precautions post covid. But right now my only problem is this chest. What to do?

Hi doctor i am feeling sudeen heaviness in head, chest pain in left side sometime near armpit sometimes near chest bone, I smoke daily, Drink daily, My hscrp is 6, Lp(a) very high, LDL and triglycerides are high, I done stress echo 4 months back that came normal, I am on Tinitus medicines, Is this pain is heart related i am anxious as i have a family history of CABG! Do i need to repeat stress echo?

Will high triglycerides cause heart attack. I don't smoke, drink, pure vegetarian. I take medication on doctors advise. But my triglycerides levels are not reducing varies between 200-600. I am 34. Will have heart problems.

I have done TMT test last month. Report says test is mildly positive for provocable ischemia. My term insurance is rejected based on test findings. Do I have any serious problem ? Test report attached.

My father aged 61 years, done with CABG surgery 2 weeks ago. He lost his left eye sight 2-3 days before surgery.. as he recently donenwith cabg. When should his eye problem can be treated... Optician suggested injections for eye.. pls suggest doctor tnq
