Little chest pain with gas

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am getting little pain in chest and left hand, i usually have gas problem and I always worry,will I get a heart attack, i got ecg done 3 times this year, report was okay..., But now it is again paining above stomach and today i am getting little pain in left hand, what to do, will I get a heart attack...i am only 27 year old, please suggest what to do... thanks.

Relax no need to think of heart attack. Your multiple ECGs are normal. This pain can either be musculoskeletal or gastric related. If you wish to get rid of the doubt about heart attack then get an Echo and TMT done. If they are normal then this pain is not heart related. In that case consult a physician
