Heart Problems & Remedies

I have a problem of mild chest pain occasionally , sometimes  in the left and right side . I took ECG , please see my report .I also attach report .

I had done my echo 2 months ago, and it detects mild tricuspid valve regurgitation. After that i change my life style n did echo again after 2 months,  now it showing trivial regurgitation and valve thickening. I can't understand what is happening. Please Suggest right direction to overcome this issue. I am attaching my report.

My father has CAD FOR 5 years when he talks for long time (5-10mins) or when he is explaining something he is breathing Hardly, and slight burning sensation in the throat while talking more, also he is. Coughing, his ecg had poor r wave progression and his echo was normal

Sir Can you please tell me what is the meaning of sinus rhythm? Does it indicate that the ECG is normal?

My mother age 52 has a heart rate of around 50-55. Is it normal. She is under medication for hypertension. Takes Bisoheart 5 every morning.

My father while speaking or sitting is coughing slightly and he is blowing cheeks and exhaling air sometimes, I'm not understanding what it is, however ecg and 2d echo are normal as told by a Practo doctor, but I'm not understanding why he's doing it he's doing it from the time he went To Mumbai for a wedding, I have been seeing it for a week, he's doing it like this in the pics, also it's not heavy breathing but I'm not able to understand please help

My mother has EF 40-45℅, Moderate LV systolic dysfunction,Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, septal hypokinesia. She has on medicines (Met XL 100,Vyamada 50 twice a day, Cilacar T(10/40), Forixga 10,Minipress XL 2.5. Recently she has diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatologist doctor has prescribed HCQ 200. Is it safe for heart? Can she take it?

After taking thyroxine 25mg for 3 months, TSH is reduced from 11 to 5.87, if thyroxine dose is increased to 37.5 from existing 25, would it be controlled better??? and thyroxine medicaticon is for lifetime or can be stopped once TSH level comes to normal. kindly suggest

Patient is under these medications and he's feeling well now after taking these medicines for three months now so can he stop these medicines or continue further??? Are these medicines to be taken permanently or can be stopped after sometime??? can its dose be reduced once patient feels ok? kindly suggest thank you

My father 74yrs old ..fell down accidentally and did ECG ..and one Firstdegree A.V ock found and one VCD block..what medicine to he prescribed ? As Cardiologist Dr suggested Clavilip 10mg and deriphyllin 300 MG in September 2021 and after taking 15days he had bleeding problems..so clavilip is discontinued for 1months.
