Hi Doctor, recently I had my Lipid profile test and the test showed as below:
Triglycerides 274
Total colostrol as 216
Ldl 121
Hdl 40
Vldl 55... feeling tense after seeing these number , please help us for next step.

Reports are slightly elevated- ideally you need a lifestyle changes. Strict dietary changes, exercise. Repeat LIPIDS fasting after 6-8 weeks, if lipids remain same range - we might need starting medication.

There is nothing to worry. These numbers can be managed by only lifestyle changes no need of any medication. Exercise, weight control, avoiding junk and high fiber diet
