I am 19(M) with sinus tachycardia,pvcs and long history of horrible anxiety causing symptoms.My symptoms is Shortness of breath and sometimes its bad.Recently i had this strange pvcs happening frequently for few mins after a walk as like one few beats and then another then few beats then another and i am having strong chest pains lasting few secs too.Nowadays SOB happens all the time i just can't breathe from my nose especially during strong emotions like excitement or after an argument ot while playing video games and there are chest pains too.Now the pvcs happened like this Beat beat beat pvc beat beat beat pvc beat pvc beat beat pvc beat beat beat pvc and this is happening at 160-170bpm atleast (happened during a fast walk almost a run)i was terrified and still am.I used to get pvcs during fast HR before but this one was scary it happened frequently in the matter of secs but wasn't a run of them.I didn't have any symptoms during that except horrible anxiety.Help me please

My cholesterol levels are - Total cholesterol - 295 Triglyceride- 346 LDL-206 Should I go for some treatment or exercises may control this?

Hi Doctor, For the last 2 weeks I faced one issue, whenever I try to sleep my heart beat always increasing. I can hear my strong pulse.

All my blood test reports are normal except vitin D which is 8. My ecg is normal. Y do i experience breathlessness on and off. I donot have any other complaints

Anti tpo 110 Tsh 6.80 Total t3 114 Total t4 8.4 HbA1c 6.2 Total cholesterol 229 Average heart rate 70-86 - from pedometer band Lipoprotein 9.86 High sensitive c reactive protein- 14.86 I took c reactive protein test before vaccine and it was non reactive. My first dose was in August after which a lymph node near my right breast swoll up. It has gone down by 70% now. My second dose was on November 18th and my test yesterday. This test has the above result of 14.86. I had normal cholesterol and sugar levels until last year but they hit borderline with my thyroid issues. They haven't gone down. Am I at any risk due to these results.

I have bp between 130/80 to 140/90. When bp increases i get palpitation and increased heartrate between 110 to 130bpm (sinus tachy). I am currently under concor 2.5mg tablet medication from June. For past few months i am having vertigo. So I visited ENT on neurologist(after MRI) advice. He took Audiometry test and VNG. Awaiting results. But doctor gave couple of tablets can I take those with concor. Attached prescription

My doctor have prescribed me to do some test for my gallbladder surgery as I have a stone. I have done all the blood test but in the ecg report it's written "sinus tachycardia with old inferior wall inchemia". I don't understand what does it mean. I have a serious anxiety problem since 2017 I don't know if the report caused by that. Please help me understand what does it mean. I am very tensed.
