Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi my age is 34 m. When I walk or do daily route work or exercise o don't face any issue like chest pain or any other thing. But when I do jogging I can't do too much shortness of breath occured like saans phoolna. So my question is this is because of heart related issue or this is because of over weight or less estemina.or I am not habitual of doing exercises and jogging. My weight is 84 kg height 5.7

I have taken ecg and chest X-ray, both are seems to be normal still I have got chest tightness and somewhat uneasy feel in chest like squeezing. Please advise

Sir ihave mitral stenosis (1.8) After BMV felling better Recently ihave seasonal flu(comon cold) After recovary I feel shortness of breath. It's lack of energy or valve again stenosis??

Sometime have mild chest pain, also having acidity. Pls check my ECG report and Confirm if it's normal.

I have being prescribed Ciplar LA 20 mg once a day in the morning for high BP and anxiety issues. I have observed that my pulse rate goes up (95-100 beats per minute) after taking the medicine and then after an hour or so it comes down to 80-85. Also, I feel very lethargic and Lightheadedness / dizziness all through the day after taking the medicine. BP levels are maintained at 135-140 / 85-90 most of the days, however sometimes it goes up to 150/100 and then I take Etizolam 0.25 mg on SOS basis. Please advice if the treatment is ok or do I need to change the medication. PS: I have Amlong 2.5 mg in past but that doesn't help with BP control.

My ldl is 92 hdl is 44 cholestrol is 145 Last month ldl was 47 cholestrol was 10w and hdl 38 my weight is also just 62 what to eat and what to do to lower it fast I regularly go to gym what can be done more pls answer
