The ECG is normal. If you are having exertional chest and left arm pain then get Echo and TMT done to rule out heart related cause for the pain

2D ECHO - Helps us know structural abnormalities or valve diseases if any. Resting Echo may be normal at times. You need TMT to evaluate your symptoms. If you have symptoms and also have risk factors- get it evaluated.
