I have been experiencing pain in my anus from the past 2 weeks.I can sense a small bump in my anus. No bleeding but only have pain

I had got a small wound due to nail scratch on my ankle... I ignored it... But it started getting worse and started paining... I had taken antibiotics with doctor consultation for 5 days but then also it is not healing...i don't have any blood sugar history... Plzz help

I by mistakely bit my tongue and its not healing.can u suggest amy med...its paining badly.its been 4 days now

My nail got stuck in between one of my cloth and when I suddenly tried to take my finger out my nail folded after which immediately I refolded my nail (around 30 percent folded) after which I had throbbing pain but now after one day I have pain only on doing activity like writing .I too have subungal hematoma.

Hello sir I am diabetic and have constipation problem and after bowel movement , to get relief I used pump water directly into anul area ... now discharge like started , some times pain at anul area ... could it be infection lots of inconvenience or something else... causing odour also ... pls advise .

Please find the pic attached of current situation of back at next sweeling with hard and reddish color which has been increasing since few days, he was told that he is having cellulities and medicine will help to pop out mouth and drain out or will sweat out, but it is not happen but due to the situation I don't want him to go for scissor, please advice how to make it pop our or drain out without any minor/scissors etc.
