Day before yesterday night insect bite on my hand I don't know which insect but it like black ant not sure. Swelling on the hand yesterday but at last night swelling increases some pain and itching is also there so today I visited and doctor has prescribed me Su mag cream Theomox-CLV 3 times a day Defcicot 1 tablet daily H-trax 25 2 times a day Cyclofen SP 2 times a day My question is 1. How to use su mag cream 2. How much time it will take to reduce swelling

I am having difficulty in passing stool..fresh line of blood on stool from 4 to 5 days...pain was intense in starting days now intensity has reduced but still there is pain while passing stool...please suggest me what i can do..what diet food i should get..

I faced a problem of painful, non-bleeding thrombosed hemorrhoid 5 months ago. Since it was resolving, I was prescribed tablet Zerodol-SP for 5 days and Anovate cream. The pain and inflammation was resolved completely and I have had no problem since then, until recently. There was a recurrence of throbbing pain and inflammation in the area (non-bleeding) since the beginning of this month. I repeated the course of Zerodol-SP (5 days) and Anovate, and after 3 weeks now, the pain has resolved almost completely. But there is a lot of frequent burning and itching in the area (especially after bowels). I can't visit a doctor for now since I am and will be travelling (work related) for a few weeks. Please guide me in resolving this issue completely for now. P.S.: I am sharing old and latest pics of the affected area.

Hello doctor...a friend of mine got an street dog bite and he went for GH...there they prescribed arv dose on 0 3 7 21 st day... is that dates are fine..b'cz 4 months before i got an arv on 0 3 7 28th day... but yesterday in that GH the doctor mentioned the last dose on 21st day...is that fine... kindly clear my doubt

Consulted with neurologist , urologist no one can diagnose.ct scan and ultrasound are normal as per urologist.no lums or swelling in groin area. My sigmoidoscopy report says the following way Seen till distal descending colon.single column grade 1 internal hemorrhoids present. Fissure in ano. Rest of the colonic mucosa appearance normal till distal descending colon. Impression:internal hemorrhoids, fissure in ano. . I'm appearing for defense exams in which physical checking will be there. Hi , I am planning to get rhinoplasty next year , but I am really scared about the side effects , I have seen people complaining that they have permanently lost sensation in there nose or there nose tingles all the time . They can't breathe or smell properly . Is rhinoplasty safe and if yes is there any chances that even after successful surgery i might run into complications even after taking due precautions.
