I want to know what are the suggested available options for a 31 year old male to get circumcised in Hyderabad?

My age is 33 from 3 days i am feeling extream hunger and head spining.. I gone throw diabetic test (using accu check divice) reports r showing (fasting 92 and after meal 109). Iam not udestanting what would be the reason for hunger and headspining.
