My sigmoidoscopy report says the following way Seen till distal descending colon.single column grade 1 internal hemorrhoids present. Fissure in ano. Rest of the colonic mucosa appearance normal till distal descending colon. Impression:internal hemorrhoids, fissure in ano. . I'm appearing for defense exams in which physical checking will be there. Can I go for laser surgery (because the fissure keeps on repeating). Will it recurr ,if I go for laser surgery, please explain the pros and cons of this procedure

Day before yesterday night when I was sleeping ant bite on the hand normal swelling on the hand but today's night swelling increases on hand and pain is also there.

Hello Doctor, My mother in law has a sore which was in red colour and it was like a red bubble and it has been present since last 5 years and now all of us sudden the same bubble size has been increased ( P.F.A the image FYR) Can you tell us what is this and what are the next step?
