I have a very tender pain in the groin beside the anus, it's horrible to sit.. from 3 days.. no pus or swelling outside.. can palpate it inside.. like a lump..

Can any surgeon explain me if this is fistula or abseccc? And its healed or active? Shall I go for surgery to operate it. Is there risk of this converting to cancer Plz tell as my gastro doctor didnt answer my question

गले मे सूजन जैसी महसूस हुई तो ENT डॉ को दिखाने गया उन्होंने cefuro+clavmox कॉम्बिनेशन दिया । 1 डोज़ लेने के बाद मुझे राइट हिप पर बहुत दर्द हुआ और सूजन आ गई । डॉ को दिखाया तो बोले इसमें पस पड़ गया । फिर उसकी डीप ओपन सर्जरी हुई 3 महीने में जब घाव भरा तो उसमें फिर से पस आ गया । सर्जन को दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा ये फिस्टुला में कन्वर्ट हो गया है । anus से भी ब्लड आ रहा है और हिप से भी पस आ रहा है । फिर और सर्जन से कंसल्ट किया तो उन्होंने reoperate करने को कहा । अब समझ नही आ रहा कि लेज़र ऑपरेट करवाऊ या फिर से ओपन ?? ज्यादातर ने कहा लेज़र । पर इसका सक्सेस % कितना है । और कौन से बेस्ट डॉक्टर है इस तरह की सर्जरी के लिए ??
