My sigmoidoscopy report says the following way
Seen till distal descending colon.single column grade 1 internal hemorrhoids present. Fissure in ano.
Rest of the colonic mucosa appearance normal till distal descending colon.
Impression:internal hemorrhoids, fissure in ano.

I'm appearing for defense exams in which physical checking will be there.
Can I go for laser surgery (because the fissure keeps on repeating).
