Recurrence of thrombosed hemorrhoid
I faced a problem of painful, non-bleeding thrombosed hemorrhoid 5 months ago. Since it was resolving, I was prescribed tablet Zerodol-SP for 5 days and Anovate cream. The pain and inflammation was resolved completely and I have had no problem since then, until recently. There was a recurrence of throbbing pain and inflammation in the area (non-bleeding) since the beginning of this month. I repeated the course of Zerodol-SP (5 days) and Anovate, and after 3 weeks now, the pain has resolved almost completely. But there is a lot of frequent burning and itching in the area (especially after bowels). I can't visit a doctor for now since I am and will be travelling (work related) for a few weeks. Please guide me in resolving this issue completely for now. P.S.: I am sharing old and latest pics of the affected area.

Hemorrhoids/ piles have increased in size comparitively. It keeps on troubling you, till they're removed. Consult a surgeon or proctologist for further advise. Do sitz bath 2-3 times faily if you're having discomfort, and start on stool softener like Duphalac syrup 15 ml at bed time
