General Surgery

Dear sir , I met with an accident about 10 days ago and got a cut( L shape about 2 inch each side ) on my left foot (upper side) . Doctor stitches the area and it took 9 stitches. But till now my cut doesn't heal a small drop of blood comes out from the corner of the area and still I have a pain . give any suggestion what should I do as there are no experienced doctors in our locality. Thanking you.

My wife is 37 years old , before 6 year a lump diagnose in her right breat, after examination doctor told that milk has been clotted in vain that time she has 1 year baby girl. So she has not operated that after some time she feel that lump has been cured. But before one and half month my 7 year girl baby has been falled on his right brest so that brest become swelled and pain full and also a guilty feeling in brest . She also do ultrasound of brest now a guilty in it approx 3.5;cm and breat is painful. Please advice

Although because of using pruvict2 and cremaffin plus my stool is soft now(which was previously hard).but still i have pain while passing stool.and i have extreme pain in lower abdomen and anus while i have the urge...recently from the past few days i have mild pain in left side of my hip just above my anus.. Points to be noted:ct scan report shows "loaded colon". Endoscopy:antral gastritis.please guide me .what is it doctor?

Had noticed a lump in my thyroid a year back and had went to a general surgeon to get it checked. Dr did an ultrasound and FNAC. FNAC mentioned a Bethestha Ranking 3 FLUS. Since, the ultrasound features seemed normal, Dr mentioned that this is mostly Benign and asked me to repeat ultrasound after a year. For the past few days am feeling a slight pain in the nodules while swallowing or yawning and also visibly the lump looks more prominent now compared to last year. My thyroid levels were normal the last time I checked. Should I be concerned of this pain? What are the causes for this pain? My CRP is elevated (17) cause I get arthritis kinda flare up and Haemoglobin is 9.5. Also, have been having recurring armpit lumps (one is leaking pus for 6 months straight) and Dermatologist suggested that it is Hidradentis Suppurativa, none of the meds worked. Attached my ultrasound and FNAC reports from last year.
