Acute appendicitis
Hi, I have pain in the right side of my abdomen. Scan resulted as NO APPENDICITIS IS VISUAL. TENDERNESS IN RIF. now I'm taking antibiotic and my course almost completed... My pain have reduced but I still have the trace of pain while lying on my back or sideways... Does this need surgery... Can it be cured by drugs... And what about unani medicine.. please give some suggestion

Get Ct scan abdomen done.If that doesnt reveal significant findings then the pain may be functional in nature.Course of mild pain killers will suffice then.Visit a gastroenterologist then.

I'll recommend you to get CT SCAN OF ABDOMEN done, Ultrasound many a times Doesn't pick up appendix
