Appendicitis
Can we wear abdominal support belt after laproscopic apendix surgery? Sometime I feel pinching pointed pain on abs area even after 12 days of surgery. Gentle press by hand gives the relief.

Hey! Since it’s a laparoscopic procedure and the incisions aren’t big, there’s no need to wear an abdominal binder. But if you still want to wear it for support, there’s absolutely no harm and please go ahead. You can even start exercises that you used to do prior to surgery and activity will also help with the pain. If pain aggregates in intensity, do visit your operating surgeon for a follow up. Thank you!
