Sir i was diagnosed acute appendicitis one month back ...Now after one month back no pain or tenderness is present ...and usg is also normal...is it necessary to remove appendix ...

Generally u should go for surgery and that to with laparoscopic and laser surgery. Keeping diseased appendix is not good. It might reoccur or may get burst .
