Do I have appendicitis??!??
A day before yesterday I stared experiencing a sharp pain on the lower side of my right abdomen. So I took a painkiller but didn't get any relief.yesterday I felt the decline in pain yet consulted a general physician. He has prescribed me OFLOXACIN+ORNIDAZOLE and I took it at 9pm.After that my pain is gone but I'm really worried.Today I'm going to get a ct scan and usg.I Googled that ruptured appendix can lead to severe complications.Am I too late?its been 26hours since I experienced that excruciating pain.Am I gonna die?I live alone I'm really worried. Please help me out.

Yes, a ruptured appendix can lead to mortality, but if it has ruptured you wouldn't be sitting at home. Get the scans and blood work done
Next Steps
Visit a surgeon for a clinical examination. Appendix may not be visualised on scans and need a clinical evaluation for further management.
