No need to do anything..If pain is ther take mild painkiller.Probably u have dercums disease or adiposis dolorosa.That needs no active surgical management.So relax have normal diet no restrictions.

Hi..only indication for lipoma treatment is complication of it ..or cosmetic purpose..
If they are not causing any discomfort no need of any treatment
But if treatment needed it’s only surgery
