Pain, warmth, and redness at biopsy

Hello sir, iam 42 years old, I had a breast biopsy. After the biopsy, the lump has increased in size by about 2 cm. I had dried yellow discharge from the nipple on two occasions. I also have pain and heat in that breast. There is no active discharge now. I’m worried this could be due to infection, inflammation, or a blocked duct. Please advise.

Surgery advice for gall bladder stones

My mother experienced a stomach pain on 8th Jan. In ultrasound multiple gallbladder stones were reported. One stone measures 20 mm and the other of 11 mm. She has been diagnosed with acute cholecystitis. Doctor has prescribed antibiotics and suggested to go with surgery after 6 weeks once the infection settles down. Is it the right course of action? Should the surgery be done early?

Swelling on upper  abdomen after injury

I had a direct hit to my left upper abdomen about 10  months ago. At that time, I experienced severe pain at the site. and then  the pain gradually reduced over time. After some months, I noticed a small swelling at the same site. Currently, there is only swelling, which  looks like lump ..with no pain, no redness, no fever, and no increase in size. I visited a local doctor and underwent an ultrasound scan, I have enclosed the report with this. My concerns are: Is this condition serious? Will the swelling reduce or go away with time? Do I need any treatment or repeat scan? Is observation and follow-up sufficient? Kindly guide me ...

High WBC CRP and ESR infection?

WBC Tuesday Jan 6- 14.5 WbC Thursday on Jan 8 -  10.11 CRP Tuesday - 22 mg/L CRP Thursday - 2.8 mg/DL ( increased) Sediment rate - Tuesday - 69mm/hr Sediment rate Thursday - 65mm/hr It started as foot pain in the second toe and followed by swelling until mid foot. Went to the doctor and they gave Cephalexin antibiotics and said it looks like cellulitis. Then I went to my regular GP. He said it looks like gout and told me to take indomethacin and colchicine. Did blood work on Jan 6. It shows higher lab values.  Pain didn't reduce and it started on the other foot too. Same toe pain(second toe) and not able to walk on both feet. went back to the hospital. They did blood work on Jan 8, and said it's not an infection. It's inflammation because those values are high and gave me steroid pills for a week Prednisone 40mg. Told me to see a rheumatologist for this.  Do I have infection or inflammation? The swelling is reduced now. No redness. But have pain on both feet.  Uric acid - 5.4.
