Hi All, I am attached one picture of back side cyst that is present in Last 4 years and was no problem in past . Now cyst is painful and small swelling. Is it dengerous? Currently heavy ache in cyst position and also swelling is happening. I am fearing this issue. Is is treatable?

Sir/ma'am My father had a discharging puss sinus (tract) in his face on cheek region for which he underwent surgery. He got 5 stitches after surgery 7 days ago. Today our doctor removed only 2 stitches and 3 to be removed on Monday. Sir my query is , is the wound healthy?
