After biopsy reports came as papillary carcinoma of thyroid, pt2 , doctor suggest radio active iodine medicine after 1 month, plz suggest any side effects

Papillary carcinoma of thyroid, done total thyroidectomy and cervical lymph nodes also removed, what should I eat regularly and daily routine to prevent cancer

3 days back I had both piles and fistula laser surgery Piles was situated at 7'O clock and fistula at 5'O clock After how much time can I restart normal day to day activities.

I had a fistuletomy surgery 35 days back. Before surgery, i never had any constipation problem. I used to defecate 1 or 2 times in a day, and the stool was soft. I had no problem with defecation except the fistula symptoms. But after surgery, on doctor advice, i started consuming a lot of fiber products such as fruits, vegetables, prunes, and naturolax. My stools were bulky and normal in the first few days, but i used to have stomach bloating and gas from day 1. After a few days, gradually, i started developing more problems such as bloating, stomach cramps, farting, burping, stomach noise, 6-7 times defecation. I started feeling incomplete after every defecation, and the stool quantity is less each time. Also, while defecation, i pass a lot of gas and little stools which causes bleeding from the wound. I visited m y surgeon and he said my wound is clean and healing well. He advised to stop naturalox and gave Meva-C. Is excess fiber the reason for all these complications?

Hi I have diagnosed with pcod when iwas 15 years old. At the age of 24 my prolactin got increased symptoms-breast lump,discharge ,red discharge,pain.so I took cab golin as.after that that dint happen anything but now days I am felling pain sometimes and so.etimes breast discharge happens.that time I did sonogram. Is this normal? What further steps can be taken?

Please advise. I had a fistuletomy surgery 35 days back. In the first 20 days, i was absolutely fine, with no pain, no bleeding. But for the last 10 days, i have noticed blood after bowel movement. Due to fiber intake, i pass stool 3 or 4 times in a day. When i pass stools in the morning, there is no bleeding. But when i pass stools in the evening, i see blood. This has been happening every day for the last 10 days. I met my surgeon, who looked at the wound and said the wound was clean, little blood during motion was normal. But i don't understand why i bleed only in the night and never in the day. How to stop this bleeding?
