Hello, My mother-in-law had an endoscopy done as she faced a restricted Hernia problem and underwent s laprascopic surgery for the same. I would request a medical opinion on the endoscopy report (attached) to help understand if it looks fine or if there is any issue. Post surgery, my mother-in-law had been discharged from hospital and is now recovering at home. Thank you.

What is chronic gastritis ? I suffered from antral gastritis for 4 months & took esofag d tablet for 4 months. As prescribed by doctor. Is this chronic ? I have low ferritin of 33 after HPylori. I have taken antibiotics for it. My doctor suggested Orofer FCM but i read it can cause phosphate issues. Can I take any other injections or anything?
