My mother has piles and fissure she has heavy bleeding and inflammable pain please do suggest some medicine.

Heavy bleeding may be because of menstruation/ piles.
Is the bleeding also during absence of menses and during defaecation?

Get a proctoscopic exam done to detect and determine the site of bleeding

Till you get examined , you can use a laxative like cremaffin plus , faecal softeners, laxatives , Smuth ointment for local application thrice daily , no straining at stools , and get CBC and routine blood and stool exam done
For fissure she should take Cremagel cream to apply locallyat fissure site thice daily.
If pain is much simple analgesics like Ultracet one tab twice daily can be taken
