Hello Doctor, My husband had piles surgery in march 2022 but even after one year sometimes he feel severe pain and rare bleeding. In between one year he joined gym 2-3 times but after 20-25 days of joining , pain starts and because of heavy pain he had to stop exercise. Is it normal that even after 1year of surgery pain persist? What can be done to avoidpain ? Please suggest.

Hello Sir/Madam, I am under medication stomach bloating, flatulence, stomach upset etc. (SIBO) I have consulted Gastroenterologist and he has prescribed medicines like Rifagut 200, pruvict, tetrafol, sompraz d 40.
