Hello i have constipation problem...from two days iam having black color stool like rabbit stool form..I was on iron supplement and also took iron drip 4 days back

Is this test normal i have done it 4 days ago i was having upper abdomen heavy ness i dont know is that dyspepsia or any anxiety disorder i am feeling fatigue

I am getting bitter taste in mouth and feeling week and feel like i may faint. May i know why and what should i do now ?

Hepatitis B Surface Antibody (Anti HBs) (Serum,CMIA) - 9219.59 mIU/mL I am protected from hepatitis b? I had vaccination last year.

I have been experiencing nausea and periods of acidity even after my treatment was complete. There are also days where I feel constipated and get diarrhoea at the same time. The feeling comes and goes often and even after following a diet the symptoms still continue. Hoping to get a solution as it interferes with daily life.

It's been 1 year since the giardia infection has erupted. I've taken a lot of medicines like bifilac, tinidazole, serecom, enteroquinine ,cifran etc. I stopped all these medicines after finding a lot of side effects like tingling burning sensation in the legs etc. I do find little relief but it doesn't cure fully. No stomach pain nothing but the stool doesn't look normal. Can any of you help me out of this situation. I'm too worried now and don't know how this thing would go.
