Today I did some health check up. Some abnormal findings are- Bilirubin direct are high - 0.38mg/dl. total protein- 8.63. Globulin- 3.86 Total cholesterol- 257mg/dl, Triglycerides- 259mg/dl, Ldl- 155, Hdl- 58, non Hdl- 200, vldl- 44. Rest cbc, thyroid, hba1c, renal function test all are in normal range. Vit D, vit B12, iron all are in normal range. I'm suffering from loose stool but not diarrhoea, and incomplete evacuation. As compared to my food intake quantity, I'm evacuating very less stool. Stool is sticky and floating. Only once in a day with very low stool quantity. I feel pain in my knees often, weakness, bloating and gas, not loosing weight. I'm lean body weight as 57 kg only, height 5.7. What is the reason behind this abnormal results and high direct Bilirubin? Where as indirect Bilirubin is normal, shot, sgpt is normal, alkaline phosphatase is normal.

I have gerd Doctor prescribed ppi tablet and can I take cod liver oil with this medicine kindly tell me doctor ppi not working any other medicines please  help me gerd issues I have shortness of breath doctor said gerd cause breathing issues kindly tell me it's curable or not 😭😭 please help

Hi , I have bariatric surgery(gastrice sleeve) in 2017 Aug. i getting sudden stomach pain while doing excercise and also long time i got the same pain while laughing heavily in movie theatre. I have same pain while doing surya namaskaram also. When i got the pain. Immediately i will bend back for sometime and pain will subside. I would like to know the cause of the issue? Any tests need to take. Few months back i took usg whole abdomen and everything is normal except non alcoholic fatty liver.

I have developed food intolerance from last few years , when i got intolerance test done I found out that I'm intolerant (not allergic) to wheat , milk , casein protein found in milk , yeast etc , whenever I eat these food while traveling or other situation, I feel bloated heavily and there is lot of formation of gas and stomach cramps , I feel constipated few days , In past I had  endoscopy and colonoscopy done and doctor had told there is no problem but symptoms persist, I don't know if it's ibs or sibo or poor digestive enzymes or other thing confused , can anyone provide insight or help in this matter

Hi Pfa for my mothers ultrasound report she has been diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 and thickened wall of bowel bilateral paracolic gutters and pelvic cavity Could someone please suggest what is the trEatment option and how serious is it

Blood test report. In CBC: • RDW CV% = 15.1 (11.5-14.5) • Monocytes= 15 (2-10) In LFT: • Total Bilirubin = 1.39 (0.1-10) • Indirect Bilirubin 0.95 (0-0.7) • Alkaline Phosphatase = 133 (40-129) All other values are normal and I have no symptoms at all. Hepatitis A,B,C= Non-reactive What could be the reason for these high values? I do have asthma nowadays otherwise I'm 100% fine

My father is suffering from constipation from last 2 and a half years almost. He initially started with cremaffin plus for 2 months after a break he again started having constipation. He has been taking kayam churna from almost 2 years now. Without taking kayam he is not able to motion. And he has a feeling of always going to poop which makes him uneasy and restless always. In past he had piles once.

Hi doctor, am having pastric pain at the back. i haved ussed 14days triple therapy. coursed completed. and now i haved esmoprazole for 2 months . 1 month completed. but at some times am getting back pinned pains at the middle of the ribs. i have consulted the doctor again. doctor said take that esmoprazole for continuous for 1 month. no need of other medicines . but am getting pain . can i take esmoprazole in the evening. or can i take rabeprazole in the evening. pls suggest me .

I had a H Pylori infection in July. It was treated with three antibiotics for 14 days. The thing is I am losing 1 kg weight every month. Had abdominal ultrasound and it was perfectly normal. Is losing weight after hpylori treatment common? My thyroid profile is normal and also don't have diabetes. Should I go for additional testing?

I'm suffering from acid reflux which is causing me to burp excessively Currently taking pan D and digene syrup Please suggest something to stop this
