Feeling exessive burp and cough production and feels full with small portion and discomfort. And sometimes heavy breathing

I have started feeling like there is something stuck in my throat since couple of days.. though only one sore is visible in the back side of my mouth, I still feel that there is some thing stuck inside my throat.. when i try to swallow something, it feels like its improving but as soon as the thing passes then again i get the same old feeling of having something stuck in my throat.. pls advise

Hi Doctor, I had c section three months back. I am suffering from fissures from one month. I am taking looz and isagbol. I was taking looz 50 ml for one week and the pain reduced. But then I reduced the dosage to 30 ml since I am not sure if it's safe for breastfeeding. The pain is again increasing day by day. I had been taking water and fiber. When I increase water and fiber intake, I am going motion 3 to 4 times a day. So, I had to suffer the pain for 3 to 4 times. The first bit of motion is always painful no matter how much water and fiber I take that day. I am also taking lactare tablets and galact granules daily for milk supply. Can they be the  reason for fissures? Please suggest how the fissure problem can be completely gone.

Dear Doctors, Kindly give me a solution or route me how to get recover from this. Every day i am having pain at right lower back just above the pelvis. I feel like gas trapped at that place. I can sense while bending and sitting. It gives pain if I sit for long time.. Every day I'm dealing this. I had to press my back to get rid of the gas trapped at that place. I even consulted with ortho and they said all bones looks good. One radiologist also suggested to check with gastro doctor. I am having this more than 2 years. Thank you for helping me.

I'm non drinker non smoker. I had abdominal pain and blotting for few days. Family doctor recommended USG I done my USG report attached here. Since I had to wait till next week please check the report. All suggestions are welcome. What is the normal size of Liver for my age male?
