I have burning pain and indigestion in stomach and got an endoscopy which says body mucosal hyperemia and antrum mucosal hyperemia. The final impression is antral and corporal gastritis. I read that this is atrophic gastritis and a precursor of gastric cancer. Is it true and not curable?

I have all symptoms of ibd. Is online consultation help or i have to consult offline. Please give honest suggestions.
