Hi.. I have been suffering from arthritis for a long time but on regular medication from 2022. Earlier folitrax for two years or more along with saaz for long time then shifted to tofacinitib. My issue is that 6months back I came to know I have fatty liver and some ecotexture surface issue. Same thing came again few days back. No care done for it. What should I do. Attaching the mail screenshot of my rheumatologist regarding liver. It's mild though but should I worry ?

Doctor, I still have little blood in my motion after banding 1 pile 13 days back. Is this normal or from some other place in my body?

Been suffering from mid chest pain/burning since last 5 months! I want to know will it be painful if it's not done under general anaesthesia and is it okay to fast the entire day and get it done during by evening! And also how will the feel be after the procedure in the following days?

Pain On the Upper left abdomen like particular pin point and similar less pain on the right upper abdomen same pin point.

Been taking Cremaffin plus (10-15ml) for 12 days since banding of pile. Does it cause mucus in stools? Also taking Ppi Veloz D and Sucralfate for upper GI issues like duodenitis and pangastritis.

My uncle is diagnosed with liver cirrohsis. Currently he is under medication but the water retains in the liver even after frequently pulling out the water from the liver... He is having medicines but the problem persists

I have undiagnosed IBS problem. Whenever I doesn't pass stool for a day or have constipation I feel pain/uncomfort and throbbing in my butt hole through uterus and lower right side of belly. I also had cysts in both of my ovaries for which I have taken treatment of. So is the issue with my ovaries and fertility? Or is it related to gastronomical issue? Who do I consult? I'm getting treatment for fertility and trying to conceive baby, I frequently have constipation and gastric problems, pain during and before periods (severe if I have constipation few days before)

I have constipation for whole life , But mg constipation is getting worse now , medicines works but when I stopped using it .. what's happening
