I have been having neck, shoulder and right hand pain since 6 years and now its exaggerated by each passing day.. currently i have severe neck pain i can't even move..kindly advice me fotlr further treatment.

I have hernia problem,i had operated my hernia 6 years later but still same problem of hernia is starting Now what to do.

Hey there . I am a 16 years old female and I having a problem because of my fatigue everyday .... . Idk what's happening but I just have no energy to do anything or complete any simple dask without feeling so weak . I go to bed at 10 pm and I wake up at5:40 am . The first hours of the day are fine , but then I would start feeling tired and exhausted even when I did nothing and I will be waiting till I go back to sleep at night . I would say it's because I am depressed , but no I am not at all and I am sure of it so that isn't a choice . Even when I sleep for 12 hours it's still the same and it's getting irritating . What can you advice me with ?

If I take Zantac tomorrow at 530 would I be ok to drink Friday ... I just am taking it once a day
