I am not well past few days and I took calpol 500 and zifi 200 as suggested by my doctor but my chest became heavy and when I cough it fells that my chest becomes heavy and I have cough so please let me know what should I do. Even I have weakness and not felling well

I had typhoid. After completing the antibiotics course of 12 days I again had my blood test and WIDAL test showed normal(1:80).But it has been 10 days since I completed the course but weakness is not going away. As soon as I do even mild physical activity I start feeling fatigued and dizziness in my head. Has the typhoid not cured or is it due to some other reason? What should I do to recover fast.I am 22 year old male.

Hi Doctor, I have been suffering from viral fever since 1 week.blood and urine tests also done and all negative.just they found blood traces in urine(0-1) That is common as suggested by doctor. But I am getting same fever(more than 100) everyday.For that I am taking dolo 650. Is that viral or something else. Please guide me.thanks.
