Flu

I had staggering in the morning. Vomited. I have medicine for cholesterol and BP. This staggering is intermittent . I can count at least a dozen occasion.

Having fever since yesterday and loose motion, stomach pain what to do, having so weekends in body , not feel to eat anything. Also yesterday taken medicine which I purchased from medical. Please help me what medicine I will take in this situation and what food I eat in fever and loose motions

I have been having headache and running nose since last 2-3 days. I also had infection in my throat but it gets clear after taking Azee 500. I also have had other medications like Cheston cold. but I am still suffering with cold, headache and dizzyness
