I periodically experience feverish while my palms n soles are cold with pain in calf muscles

I had an pain killer injection on 3rd May. Still I am having pain there. Should I Need consultation?

Have had fever, headache and diarrhea for 4-5 days. The symptoms come every 3-5 hours. Have been taking paracetamol and loperamide without seeing the situation improves.

I am persistently getting fever every evening i just got all my basic tests done like cbc,kft,lft,glucose,urine,tb and they all came back fine.i have a thyroid problem too. my tlc level is 11300 else everything is fine.hb is 12.5.i am havingthis fever problem on a on and off basis.what can be the cause if the reports are normal.fever is arnd 99.1-5. 4 years back i had thyroditis too.

My PDw is 16.6 MPV is 12.8 PLCR 46 Iron 62. Saturation is 62 What does it mean? It shows some abnormalities .I have abdominal pain as well.Is it a serious medical issue? Pls reply
