Hello, Measure temp with thermometer if it shows temp, than it's fever, dip your calf muscle in hot water filled buket add some common salt.dip your Palm also so they become warm. ADVISE ASSESSMENT OF VIT B12 and VItD3 HB in blood. These are the main reasons. Apply locally on calf muscle rhuma oil as light muscles.if REQUIREDlike nimprex after food. Ok.

Plis do some basic invs.Cbc .vit d3.calcium level. Take vit e capsules 400 mg.twice  a day.tab .shelcal once a day till the reports come.revert back .
