  4. Smegma secretion. Related in anyway?

Smegma secretion
Have been taking Saw palmetto 160 mg and Morr F 5% for a month and 10 days now after prescption for hairloss. Now there is smegma secretion and it's very uncomfortable. Are those related in anyway?
