I've been getting like 2 headaches
I've been nauseous for about two weeks now and it's getting really bad and I'm running out of ideas on what to do.

Hello there, it can be due to Improper digestion and secretion of acid formation in stomach, it will be fine with Medication, do consult online and get prescribed.
