Plenty of liquids,like hot water, warm nimupani,put a hot water bag.dulcolax suppository to put in anal cannal n wait. It may relive your constipation.so as pain abdomen. If needed cremafine pink three teaspoons at night till stool becomes soft.light diet.ok.
