Tab. Montair FX once a day with Water for 3 days Tab. Dolo 650 Just now after food or juice. May repeat after 6hrs if headache or throat pain or fever. Syp. Lupituss 1tsf three times a day of severe cough. No need to take if coughing is not troublesome.
