I have been sleeping for over 18 hours a day since the past 8-9 months. I go to bed around 2 am and wake up around 11 am.. Have a ver6 heavy meal and then sleep again at around 1 pm. Then i wake up at 6 pm and binge on another heavy meal and then sleep again till 11pm.. I wake up from 11pm to 2 am but at that time i am still in bed.. On days when i have to go out somewhere even for an hour, i come back extremely exhausted and jump straight into the bed.i find it very difficult to drag myself out of bed. Even when i am awake i cannot sit. I still lie down in bed. Whenever i am awake i cannot keep my eyes open and i am very lathargic. I crave for heavy carbs and junk food. I cant eat anything other than that. I have not gained weight in this time. My weight is already extra since 2 years. My height is 168 cms and weight is 68kgs. Please help me find a possible reason and cure for this problem.
