My father aged 76years having breathing problem and parkinson is having tremendous weakness since morning.

Since last 5 days i m not able to walk properly in morning...i cant walk straight and body leaning to right side..

Had hemorrhoidectomy 10 days ago still having severe pain especially in BM and yellow fluid discharges

My uric acid levels are 8.3. Is this high or normal level.?? If it is high what should be done to bring the levels down??

Typhoid O&h 1:40 fever 99 to 99.8 for 5 days again Widal done after 5 days O&h 1:160 taken antibiotics like gudcef ,rifagut,ornio azithromycin,moxinow,Widal reduced to o& h 1:40 but daily having low grade fever from 99 to 99.6 from 40 days evening after 9 pm it subside to normal temperature 98.4,and having headache,thyroid normal,bp normal,pls suggest how to overcome this problem I have stopped antibiotics 1mnth back .What I want do now pls give information about this problem ,I hope that I may get valuable information from the doctor
