I am havi ng thyroid for a long time. I am taking 112.5 mg thyronorm everyday, it's under normal range now. But at times i feel weekness & tiredness so i just got tested for Vitamin D & B-12. My  Vitamin D is 27.71 ng/ml & Vitamin B-12 is 238 pg/ml. I think both are just little more than the lowest deficiency range. As i am a vegetarian please suggest me some supplement for Vitamin D and B-12.
