I had typhoid two months ago. It's been over a month since I stopped taking medicines. Is it fine for me to start fasting and working out etc?

I'm a 45 year old female and my TSH level is 7 My blood pressure is normal and I'm presently using thyronorm 50mcg .What dose should I use to bring my TSH to normal level? Note: my T3 and T4 are 2.69 and 1.45 respectively.

I've been coughing for 2 weeks now. Its mostly just the dry cough. I don't have any cold. But constantly feeling slight phlegm in throat. It feels something from my nose is dripping into the throat. I recently had a complete Blood Picture test done and could see the level of monocytes being very low. Is there a possibility that this is related to my current cough? Below are the counts: Monocytes : 0.9% Basophils: 0.3%

I am 35 years old and I m a lecturer by proffession a lecturer n used to stand 6 8 hours daily as part of my job .im doung this job from last 10 years but from last month I'm feeling Pain below my knee n under heels when I'm standing for more than an hour or so feeling extensive pain below knee and it's making me unable to do my job kindly suggest a permanent solution

I am having headache from last 3 days,vomiting tendency and throat pain also.I am allergic to lemon but i havnt used it.

Fever on and off first Widal negative and after Widal done after 10 days O& H  1:160 taken antibiotics,gudcef for 5 days,ornio ,rifagut,azithromycin 500mg for 5 days,moxinow for 4 days then Widal O&H is 1:40 but still fever morning up to 9am it is below 98.6 and after 11am it is increasing to 99 and at afternoon it is going to 99.6 and at evening at 8pm it is coming to normal during this I am having headache ,fever ,from 40 days .Thyroid normal ,bp normal,some doctors md (gen med) saying that in summer take 100 as fever 99.6 is not fever ,during every day I am having low grade fever and headache ,10 days back esr is 26 ,pls give answer

Hi , Hope your doing good. I jab black spot in my legs from past one month I am using candid powder to get rid of it but I am failed to do so. Please help.

I have contineous fever for the last 2 days. It goes down during day time and increases during night. Should i go for a blood test ?
