Pain under left armpit

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My left armpit is having pain from 2 weeks There is nothing visual nd i m not able to find out what kind of pain is this. But my left chest has swollen a bit Not too much pain but still im not feeling normal as compared to my rt side of the chest.
