Thought nothing of it, but I googled it and found out there is a risk of rabies and I should contact a doctor. Please could you advise me on what to do? Is it possible to talk to someone?

One of our friend having temp 98-99.8 morning it is 98,any excertion it increases to 99 afternoon it is 99 to 99.6 sometimes 99.8 ,before March it is less than 98 for him in April he got thypoid o&h 1:160 fever also same pattern ,he has taken antiboitics for 14 days , thyroid,bp normal,vit b12 normal,us abdomen normal ,Chest x-ray clear,blood culture in June negative,smear mp negative,scrub thypus neg,RF assay negative,urine analysis normal,20 days back blood test done esr 25,wbc 10500,mch 26,mchc 28,rbc 5millions,hb 13.2%,new 6-8 black moles formed on the body is it normal,visted5doctors but no use he is worrying unable to concentrate on studies pls give suggestions doctors ,which tests are useful now ,his vit d3 is 30.2pmol/L
